Nancy Olson, Coordinator of Operations & Development Nancy serves as a grant manager, board liaison, researcher and data analyst. Most recently, she worked for the Workforce Partnership of Greater Rhode Island where she monitored Workforce Investment Act program performance, managed WIA training accounts and served as the liaison to netWORKri. David Francis, Coordinator of Operations & Development David also serves as a grant manager, board liaison, researcher and data analyst for the Governor’s Workforce Board. Maureen Mooney, Office Manager As office manager, Maureen serves as executive assistant to the administrator and provides logistical and administrative support to the entire GWB staff.
